THE HUNGRY ASIAN: Mint Condition

Pin It Today I have for you guys a new polish by Kae, AKA The Hungry Asian, called Mint Condition.

The Hungry Asian Mint Condition

You won't want to miss swatches of this! Jump over for more :]

As soon as I saw Kae post this polish on Instagram I KNEW it was my next indie purchase! I mean, LLLLOOOOOKKKK!

The Hungry Asian Mint Condition, bottle shot

Mint Condition is a minty, Tiffany, turquoise colored creme polish with colorful glitter! This polish has red, purple, black and blue glitter all up in it! (hahahaha, sorry I had to say it like that. I'm running on 10 mins of sleep - forgive me!)

On the Etsy listing Kae suggests that she likes 3 layers for a sandwich look. Not wanting to miss out the idea and also not wanting to waste this beauty: I layered 2 coats of Mint Condition over China Glaze For Audrey (which happens to match great! I was worried it would be too dark.)

This applied SO SMOOTH! I don't know why but I was expecting it to be thick and lumpy, it so was not! The glitter placement as seen is how it fell by brush stroke. No dipping and dabbing here! This was 2 thinner layers and I achieved the look I was going for!

I really enjoy the minty turquoise color with the dash of glitter in this creme polish. I don't have anything like it in my "stash". I'm VERY happy I ordered it!

You can find Mint Condition and other creations by Kae, here. Her full size polishes are $9/bottle and minis are $4/bottle. However, Mint Condition is only available in the larger size currently. You can also visit her Facebook, here, for updates and such.

I hope you enjoyed my indie polish post for today! Every time I get a new one it makes me want to order more haha ;] but we gotta move so I can't :[

Until tomorrow,
Lacey

PS: My husband's surgery went great for those wondering :] He actually totally tore the labrum off of his shoulder and they had to go in and reattach it back on!
