12 Days of Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day 3 - Candy Cane

Pin It I couldn't be bothered with stripes today lmao And water marbling is definitely not my friend! So I put some polish on my nails and swirled crap out of it bahaha which I'm told is a "dry water marble"? I never knew it had a name until todayyyyy. Huh!

Day 3 of the 12 days of nail art challenge is candy cane! This is my abstract take on candy cane nails :)

More pictures after the jump!

I used Sinful Colors Snow Me White and China Glaze Ruby Pumps. Glad I got some Seche Restore in the mail or this would of been a nightmare to top coat! haha

If you've never done this technique before you can find it in a post from a while ago that I did with different colors. It's pretty simple though, you just put blobs of polish on your nails and then swirl it with a pin, dotting tool or I used an end of an orange stick.

To achieve this look, I painted my nails white with a little bit more polish than I usually use to paint my nails. And then, I put a dot of Ruby Pumps in the center of my nail. While both those polishes are still wet, I used the end of my orange stick and swirled them together.

This is going a lot faster than I thought! Haha CRAP! That means Christmas is close >.< Gotta send out packages soon *sigh*
Have a great Friday!
