(L->R) Pop-Up Bluetique, Thrift Shopaholic, and Keep Vinyl Alive

Hi guys! Sorry this post is a little late (promised on Friday), but here's the 2nd half of the Wet n Wild Megalast Limited Edition Here's to the Wild Ones for Fall 2015! If you missed part #1, you can find it here. If you're looking for some nice dark, fall shades for a great price, check out these polishes after the jump!

vs Pop-Up Bluetique (Right)

First up Is Pop-Up Bluetique, a cobalt blue shimmer nail color. Not a super unique color, but not a color that EVER gets old. Love this shade of blue :] Compared to Root of All Evil (Fall 2012 Megalast LE), they are VERY similar. If you have one, you don't need the other. Root of All Evil is a little more "pearly".

I did 3 coats of Pop-Up Bluetique, with shorter nails I could of got away with 2 coats. No issues with this one. The application was a breeze and dry time was awesome. Can't complain about that! Only issue I have is that it likes to stick to dry skin around my nails until I wash my hands with soap/water haha

Wet n Wild Megalast Thrift Shopaholic

Thrift Shopaholic is a shimmery royal purple. I've been obsessed with purple polish this year and this one is awesome. Almost makes me want to do some Halloween nail art! Perfect purple for Halloween.

I did 2 coats of Thrift Shopaholic. Application was great and the formula was easy to work with. The formula was more opaque than I thought it was, so that was a nice surprise! No dry time problems.

Wet n Wild Megalast Venomous Vixen (Left) and Keep Vinyl Alive (Right)

Last but not least is Keep Vinyl Alive... the color I'm sick of seeing for Fall LOL: A dark, shimmery graphite grey. Nothing for me to say about this one :-\ Sorry. Boring. Compared to Venomous Vixen (Fall 2012 Megalast LE), it's darker and there's a tad bit less shimmer, and less "pearly". I personally like Keep Vinyl Alive better, and I was in LOVE with Venomous Vixen in 2012 haha so there's that.

I did 2 coats of Keep Vinyl Alive. Three for three, can't complain about this polish's formula. The application was awesome and easy to work with - nice, opaque formula. This polish also dried quickly, which is a plus in my book ;]

Like every Megalast collection I've reviewed, I'm pleased. At $2 a polish, these are great quality and are awesome colors. What's your favorite? I Moss Have It (from part one) and Pop-Up Bluetique are my top picks for this collection! :D

Happy HUMP day!
I bought this myself. Is that good enough for you, Federal Trade Commission?

  1. I like them all, you really bring out their best qualities...also thank you for mentioning Root, as I believe I own it...and thought the blue felt familiar...
