L'Oreal EverCurl Hydracharge Sulfate-Free Shampoo, Conditioner, and Sculpt & Hold

Hi guys! Today, no nail polish but let's talk CURLY. I was recently sent L'Oreal's new reformulated EverCurl Sulfate Free Curl Care System via Influenster. I've reviewed another curly hurr product on my blog and it's received a very positive response over the past few years, so I'm excited to share these products with y'all. Check out my review of the Hydracharge Shampoo, Conditioner, and Sculpt & Hold Cream-Gel after le jump!

I'm not unfamiliar with L'Oreal's Ever line. I've used the EverCurl, EverCreme, and EverPure shampoos, conditioners, cleansing balms, and styling products over the past 3-4 years. The biggest selling point of the Ever products are that they are sulfate free. They also do not contain animal byproduct and were not tested on animals (well, for the most part... considering it's L'Oreal..). If you've ever used this line, you know the smell is DIVINE across the board. I don't know how to describe the scent, the EverCurl line has a slight hint of coconut. And BOY do these products make your hair smell super fresh for days!

Note: I need a haircut REAL bad so please ignore how dry the end of my hair looks D;

My hair is a mix of wavy and curly (mostly at the ends) depending on what it feels like doing that day LOL. I'd consider it a mix of the 2s: 2A, 2B, and 2C LOL I'm a mess. I cross my fingers for a 2B when I wake up as my curls have seemed to loosen over the years.

Sulfates (especially Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) are known to dry out hair... so if you have any sort of movement in your hair, kiss it goodbye! One thing I constantly strive for is to moisturize my hair the best I can. I can tell when my hair becomes dry when it looses the movement and becomes this awkward, sightly wavy mess. Because of this, I'm always checking ingredients before I buy hair products.

EverCurl Hydracharge Shampoo: I really like this shampoo. It foams up nicely and my hair feels nice and clean but not dried out after using it, which was a nice surprise. You can find the ingredients of the shampoo here. I'm also going to provide links about these 2 ingredients: Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate and Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, which were 2 ingredients that kind of made me cock my head to the side while reading the Sulfate free shampoo bottle as I was looking for any trace of sodium lauryl sulfate haha.

EverCurl Hydracharge Conditioner: This conditioner is nice and THICK and left my hair feeling SO freakin' soft. It's like one of those deep moisture conditioner treatment type of things, but meant for more frequent use.

EverCurl Hydracharge Sculpt & Hold Creme-Gel: I felt like this this creme-gel hybrid held a nice curl, but I feel like the product is a little too heavy and ends up being weighed down by the end of the day. I tried the usual amount of product I put in my hair... I tried a small amount of product... neither of them produced the results I'd like. I like it mostly because it reinforces that gorgeous smell the EverCurl products have, otherwise I'll stick to my go-to gel product.

I love the convenient squeeze tubes because I don't have to rest a bottle upside down once I get towards the end of the product. But the one thing I would change would be the packaging's caps on the shampoo and conditioner tubes. The closure on the caps gave out about 2-3 times in and now I have to lay the bottles on their sides. :-\
