So a few weeks a go I won the NCLA Duchess of LA Collection on The Beauty of Life's Blog! I was totally stoked because I've never tried NCLA polishes. I've known about them for a hot minute, I just don't know why I've never pulled the trigger. Then again, brands pop up all the time - it's hard for me to keep track of what I want to try haha.
