It seems like everyone is hopping onto the color shifting top coats bandwagon. Everyone but me. LOL I don't know why they never appealed to me, yeah they're unique... yeah they can make your polishes look different, add a little depth and such... but, I just never was WOWed over them.

Until I finally got my little fingers on some and gave them a shot for myself. *sigh* Oh, Lacey. When will you learn?
