Forget Me Not Friday: HARE POLISH - Archipelago 2.0

Congrats, you made it to FRIDAY! And I made it to Forget Me Not Friday, yay me! I don't purchase much indie polish anymore (I gotta get the storage sitch figured out haha) but I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for some Hare Polish. This I'm reviewing today is Archipelago 2.0. When I discovered Hare Polish before their "comeback", Archipelago was the ONE polish I knew I had to have so I was STOKED when 2.0 was made. Check it out below!
(For reference, here's a Polishaholic swatch of the original Archipelago). As you can see Archipelago has a more complicated look to it than the original, love it just the same. 2.0 is a "blue/teal jelly with copper hexes and squares, plus copper shimmer!" What's not to love about that freakin' color contrast? It's AWESOME. The newly added shimmer and squares give 2.0 a little more depth, which is what we're used to with Hare Polish.
I did 3 coats of Archipelago 2.0. Application of the jelly was nice, easy to apply. This polish was easy to build up to opacity. Longer nails will need more coats to kill VNL, of course. One thing I love about Hare Polish jellies: They don't take 10 years to dry.
At the moment, Archipelago 2.0 is sold out in her Etsy shop (haven't checked other etailers, I'm lazy LOL), but stay tuned to her Facebook if you're wanting this polish!

Hey ya'll! Today I have swatch and review of Killer Queen Varnish's Fall Collection. This collection is fun! It's perfect if you're looking for Halloween polishes without being toooooo Halloween. I really like them and I can't wait to share them with you! I actually went to a "polish party" hosted by Killer Queen Varnish last weekend. First I've ever been invited/gone to. Ya'll know indie polishes have a special place in my heart, and on my blog! This blog would be nothing without indies, that's for dayummm sure! Made my little black heart smile to see regular people, not nail polish freaks, so excited over indie polish. :']

Today I have a few more limited edition Wet n Wild polishes to show you. These are from the Wild Shine line. I don't generally like the Wild Shine line, but after last summer's LE's I decided to pick these up while I was at Walgreen's yesterday. These are a mix of jellies and cremes! Good afternoon! Sorry I didn't post yesterday, t'was a bit under the weather. But ttodayyyy I have 3 polishes from Polish TBH's Diagon Alley Collection! I know a lot of people love Harry Potter so this will be fun to swatch for ya! As for me, I never was "obsessed" with HP. I remember being into the books through middle and high school and watching the first 4 movies though! I'm not a fantasy type ;] Anyways... I digress!

Happy Friday! Today I have something special to show you. I often get asked what my favorite indie polish brand is, and today I get to share it with you. To me, Hare Polish puts out super unique polish mixes with great applications. Obviously, if you look in my tags there's only 1 tag for Hare Polish. I kinda hoard them and keep them to myself, I probably have like 6-7 I haven't swatched lmfao. I treat them like my children, it's kinda sad hahahah. Just because it's my favorite brand doesn't mean I'll review any lighter, just saying I'm excited to share with you :] After the jump I have 3 polishes from Hare Polish's latest collection: The Tropics are Calling.

NELLIE BELLE'S: Day Dreamer & Teal Next Time

YAY! It's Friday ~ We made it guys! Hahah :] Today is a blog post I haven't been looking forward to writing, but it must be done, I must keep my promise. I feel like I have encountered a lot of great products and a few products that just haven't been my thing, I guess these polishes are just that. (Why am I saying this? Because I've dreaded having to be honest the last couple days hahaha)
I have written to the creator of these polishes to make sure there were no surprises in this blog post for her and she mentioned she was tweaking some of the items as she was writing to me. I'm known for being honest and keeping it real and I'd like to keep it that way! So, without further adieu....
