La Couleur Couture (L->R) 1970, 1988, 1971 |
I'm slowly workin' through 15 La Couleur Couture that I won in a giveaway at the end of last year. I know they're Fall colors, but I don't restrict my polish choices by season ;] Plus after these hot Spring/Summer colors this year, why not cool yourself down with some of these haaha that was lame. Check out these 3 colors after the jump!

La Couleur Couture 1970 |
1970 reminds me of Texas A&M maroon! This is a maroon creme polish. This is my typical pedi color because it's an awesome unique color without being all up in yo biznitz. I did 2 coats of 1970. I had no issues with application, it was smooth and easy to work with. Dry time was also great.

La Couleur Couture 1988 |
1988 is a light brown, almost taupe-y creme polish. I really like shades like these to layer glitter over, to allow it to pop against the brownish shade. I did 3 coats of 1988. It was easy to work with and apply. Dry time was great, no problems.

La Couleur Couture 1971 |
1971 is a grapey, royal purple creme. This is my favorite out of the 3, its just a beautiful shade of purple! I did 3 coats of 1971. There were no dry time or application issues with this polish!

La Couleur Couture 1970, 1988, 1971 nail art |
I combined all 3 polishes to do a simple nail art design. I'm really starting to like this brand. I've always wanted to try this brand and now with these winnings I finally can. If you're iffy about trying them, I think you should. 9 polishes in and I have yet to be disappointed!
Have a great weekend!
Love your swatches; glad to see more bloggers featuring LaCC polishes! I absolutely love all their polishes, they're amazing for nail art and, as you said, layering glitters over. Also so happy to hear that 1971 is your favourite - I know the creator of LaCC and I actually created the original version of that shade! :D
ReplyDeleteReally? That's beyond awesome, Emma! I'm glad I won a few of them, I'm super impressed.
