Influenster Fierce VoxBox - Spring 2017

Today, I'm reviewing the Influenster Fierce VoxBox. Influenster is a website that sends you free items in exchange for reviews. In this VoxBox I got: Sinful Colors Nail Polish (from the newly released Kandee Johnson Collection!), Vaseline, Shea Moisture Smooth & Tame, Madam CJ Walker Brassica Seed Oil, and Carefree Acti-Fresh liners. Check out my swatches of the polish and review of the items in my box after the jump :]

Carefree Acti-Fresh Body Shape Liners To Go (less than $1.50 for 20)

I actually already use these liners, and I have for many years now. Without making this TMI, they're a great way to keep everything clean and dry without being bulky. Sometimes I forget about them until I do the laundry and I find one in the dryer LOL These are one of my purse staples because they don't take up much room but aren't something you want to be without once you need one! I also love how affordable these are.

This product is meant for most hair types, straight to tight curls and everything in between. This Brassica Seed Oil hydrates, softens, adds shine, and refreshes your hair with a light scent. The scent is described as "spun sugar and red velvet cream", which is super sweet but not overpowering. Sometimes I add the extra on my hands to the insides of my wrists.

I have wavy/curly hair which a few days after washing can look a little dry, this adds natural, moisturized look to my hair without making it look greasy. I've been trying to add the oil to my ends whenever I can remember and I can see a difference immediately after I apply it. :]

Shea Moisture Smooth & Tame Shampoo and Blow Out Creme (less than $12 for each)

These products are made to hydrate fine, frizzy, straight, and wavy hair. The Blow Out Creme also doubles as a heat protector. Both products are meant to improve the health of your hair while adding a healthy shine. I used the Smooth and Tame Shampoo, it kept my hair very frizz free and it didn't dry out my hair. I could tell that my hair didn't look as dry as it usually does by the 2nd day. However, if you're looking for a nice smelling shampoo with a scent that will stay with your hair after washing, this won't deliver. It doesn't smell bad haha... just not "good" but it does smell "clean".

I never blow dry my hair (air dry only) so I did not try the Blow Out Creme. However, there is a review on their website where someone used it as a curl creme. I hate washing my hair so I didn't want to risk having to wash it again if it didn't work LOL.

Vaseline Jelly Original (less than $4 for 3.75 oz)

I've been slathering on Vaseline for as long as I can remember. As someone with severely dry skin, thanks to eczema (albeit, well controlled) on my hands, any greasy ointment is my BFF. I frequently rotate between Vaseline and Aquaphor. Some people hate greasy formulas, but I 10 out of 10 would recommend this if you struggle keeping moisture locked in. I love this tiny jar with the flip top lid. It's currently living on my nail polish desk because I love using this on my cuticles between swatches :]

Sinful Colors Kandee Johnson Pinksicle Nail Polish (usually less than $2.00)

Pinksicle is a sheer, "iridescent sparkling baby pink shade". This is SUPER sparkly and has super tiny iridescent micro flakies with gold flashes. This is pretty sheer but with patience is easy to build up, I did 3 coats in my swatches. If you're not into building up this polish, add a little sparkle to your mani by layering it over a base color.

And there you have it, the Fierce VoxBox!

I really was impressed with the Brassica Seed Oil by Madam CJ Walker. I was my favorite product in this box.  I've never tried a hair product like it and I loved adding scent to my hair. I liked the Sinful Colors nail polish, too. I was a little bummed it was so sheer but the iridescence with a gold flash made up for it :P I'm trying to figure out when I'll be brave enough to try the Blow Out Creme from Shea Moisture as a curl creme LOL, I'm too chicken/lazy! The other Vaseline and Carefree Liners are things I already use on a regular basis and was happy to replenish my stash!

Thanks for reading my review! And thanks Influenster for sharing this products with me.
